Does anyone know where there is a pretty waterfront restaurant or venue to hold a small wedding of about 40?

We are looking for something on the top-grade, restaurant or venue, in Toronto or in close proximity to Toronto (60 miles at most) where you can get married overlooking the lake and then have a two-dimensional intimate dinner? Pretty is important...and immaculate.

Idont recollect i will also search for this.
