what a good recipes for dinner to make for my mom on mothers day?

I’m a company cook. I know making her favorite food would be standard since it is her day, but my mom comes to my house a lot of dinners, but I want to make her something I have not made her yet.

You don't hold what kinds of things you have made before.

I like lasagna, chicken parmesan, grilled tuna or halibut, crepes,
chicken and rice soup, stir fry, french darling and waffles, biscuits and gravy.
