Can someone give details on each dining level of the Moshulu (dining cruise)?

Apart from what the site says, can one who has been there recommend what would be the largest area for dinner?

I want a little more info as the site says itemization of the master has a beautiful view of the masses? Is it outdoors?

It is also a question of fact not a cruise - the ship does not leave the port.

I dined Riverside (FA River) which seems more beautiful. If you're facing the city - you have a very harmonious view of the parking lot.
