I want to open a mexican grocery store in a new community where the latino population is growing. Any ideas?

I have speck money. I have a few places that I am considering to lease. My family is compliant to help out but I am not sure what are the first steps. I have a full-time job that pays well but would like to have my own question.
First of all, plate out how much money you are going to need to open the store and then market the store. Marketing is very material for a new business to survive.
