Lamb recipe?

I have about 1.5 kilograms of roast lamb (which I deposited on the chopped up stir fry size if available) and loads of zucchini. can you give me the recipe for a dish of furniture using these ingredients and the onions and mushrooms? I would especially like to understand about the seasonings.
This work is concentrated but worth it (and yes, I did several times). Keep as the lamb roast. With a sharp paring knife, make slits that are about 1 / 2 inch delighted all the roast. In each cup, add a slice of garlic and some rosemary novel.

Recipe: Simple Lamb Curry with Carrot Raita
Four-square Lamb Curry with Carrot Raita
Serves 4
For the lamb:
2 pounds lean lamb edge, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
1 tablespoon grated ginger
11/2 teaspoons grated garlic
11/2 teaspoons turmeric comminute
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed, toasted and ground
1/2 teaspoon coriander deteriorate, toasted and ground
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Salt
2 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oil
2 red onions, sliced thick, 1 pounding
6 whole cloves
10 black peppercorns
1 inch-long piece cinnamon gum
Raita:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon ghee or vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon moonless mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup coarsely grated carrot
Lift of cayenne
Salt
1 tablespoon each chopped mint, chives and cilantro
