I refer to a bar unwritten Celtic folk music, you know the violins banjos, flutes? I want the silence to go to a place like this, drinking beer while I listen to Celtic music down.

The provisions are truly traditional, the only time they really Irish music is the universal St. Pats day. It's crazy in there, but so much fun. The staff is incredible.

He and his brothers opened the Irish bar and eatery in September 2002. They named their house Castletown after a town in the County of Westmeath, Ireland, which is the ancestral tellingly of the Gagen family. Geoghegan is the Gaelic spelling of their last name.

The pub is known for its Irish beverages, such as Guinness brave and Bushmills whiskey, as well as Irish dishes like corned beef and cabbage, conduct's pie and potatoes. The venue also regularly featured live Irish musicians.

Greater Belleville Nook of Commerce Executive Director John Lengerman said he is wretched to see the Irish pub leave.

"I'm saddened to see those guys go," Lengerman said. "It was a good the authorities for a long period of time.

All the visiting and drinking and penmanship about these joints has a knot of folks looking to me to give them information on where to go and what to do. In that framework I decisive to collate a slate of some of my favorite Irish Bars in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. This is by no means a come to and encompassing index, but you have to start somewhere.  5. Waxy O'Connors . Waxy's has 2 locations, the pattern on 17th Row Causeway in Fort Lauderdale, and the laying they recently opened in the Mary Brickell Village compass of Downtown Miami, on the Miami River. The junction on 17th Thoroughfare Causeway delivers and has for years. The one on the Miami River needs to produce on me a baby.  6. Maguire's Hill 16 . What would a shopping list of Irish Bars be without Maguire's? Nuttin', that's fo' sho! Maguire's has been constantly delivering most luxurious drinks, laughs, and a renowned set (including a class of Pirates last ease I was there) for many years. I've been knockin' 'em back there for at least 15 years....
