Best Sushi?

I want to take my mother to a sushi lunch for Mother's Day! I do not want to go to the same place we go to (even if it is in excess.) I want to take her somwhere nice, not too expensive, especially ... Sushi was outstanding! Ideas? Maybe in San Jose, Santa Clara, South Bay!
I have a few favorite places .... Kazoo on Winchester and Hamilton and Kazoo Japan Municipality of San Jose ... Yuki Sushi on Prunridge and Winchester and Michi Sushi on Winchester in Campbell.
It seems that all the seats are available at the Winchester .... just a consistency ...
