How can i Adopt a baby girl here in amarica?

I have always loved children and I have a 2 year old son. And i call for a girl now though. and if I myself onw I just might be another boy and I'm not going to try 5 or 6 times for a bird.

Hershey plans $10m investment on Coccoa in Nigeria, Ghana, others
The Hershey Train, the largest chocolate manufacturer in North Amarica, has announced its plan to bolster cocoa sustainability efforts in Nigeria, Ghana and the Ivory Beach, by enhancing cocoa development in a region reputed to produce 70 percent of the in all respects’s cocoa.
A statement from the company says that over the next five years, they will expand and accelerate programmes to promote cocoa communities by investing $10 million in West Africa and continuing to calling with experts in agriculture, community development and government, in a bid to achieving get well with cocoa farmers and their families.

Today, West African farmers can on the rise their cocoa output by 50 percent through modern methods. Doing so will expanding school attendance and improve community health.
