Trying out wild food.

Lately, the wife and I have been on a wild food ID and employment preparation. We each know how very recently in our culture. My question in the goods people here have any of you tried some of these iatrical uses for these plants as anti diarhea, or a tea to soothe a throat on fire. Or even tried to make acorn flour or catails. This summer, we learn that the representation of many samples of things we try and record some recipes....
