Is today US Postal Service Food Pick Up Day?

Can someone assure me paleeeeessssseee if today is the day we are supposed to have food for the needy in our mailboxes for the postman to pick up??? There is nothing posted on a 'suitable sites USPS and I'm tired of surfing to find out!
