what really is spam (food) that does he? Is it healthy? Does it taste gear?

Spam is canned subsistence, became popular as a staple food rationing during WW2. It tastes a bit like bacon / ham and a bit of gelatinous tissue once cooked. I think it is a Scandinavian product but keep the United Kingdom about 60 years until the factory closed several years ago.
