Where can I find Scottish food in New Jersey or New York?

by Chris | Posted in New York City

I have a compadre SW visiting New Jersey from Scotland and she was talking about possibly missing the Scottish food, while she is here. I ran a search but cannot find absolutely anything. Does anyone know where I can find an authentic Scottish cuisine in New Jersey or New York?

Tickets will be $25 and all members of the clear-cut are invited to come down and join in the festivities, beginning at 6 p.m. and get a chance to take an viscera look on Wheatlands "secret societies."

Robbie Burns was a acclaimed Scottish poet in the 18th century. A farmer for with a penchant for words, Geoff Scott, a Masonic Caught member and Robbie Burns expert, said that history remembers him as a very charismatic man, with several wives, several children and several mistresses. More importantly, he was a minstrel, and a mason.

"Even though he was intentionally Scottish and nationalistic, the stuff he wrote about has a worldly lure," Scott said. "He knew how to soak up the scotch and have a good stretch."

Burns poetry was for the common man. Scott said that he seemed like the strain of person who would sympathize with the recent Occupy movement.
