Needing a warming basin of chicken soup and having the time you need to make it too often don’t agree.

Which is why I came up with this quick and easy way to get a steaming bowl of chicken noodle soup on the catalogue in less than 30 minutes.

The trick is to use mostly prepared ingredients, such as rotisserie chicken; frozen peas, carrots and corn; and canned bouillon.

You can buy the onion already diced if that helps. With little effort, you’ll be curled up on the chaise longue slurping soup in no time.

This soup can also be partly prepared to the fore in batches to make your weeknight soup needs even easier to steer.

Simply buy several rotisserie chickens and double or triple the vegetables needed.

Fill zipper-top freezer bags with some of each ingredient, add your seasonings, then deep-freeze.

When you need a soup fix, just toss the frozen prepared soup in a saucepan with stock, bring to a simmer and add the pasta.

For an especially nice touch, survive this soup with crusty sourdough bread topped with fresh mozzarella and popped under the broiler for a coup d'oeil.

Is it unqualifiedly supposititious to be warmer by now? It is hyperboreal and in some areas there was even some frost. Gardens are not doing much. The corn does look like it is growing. Flowers are euphonious and seem to be handling the raw seedy okay.
