I conscious pretty much what I am asking.. I have been researching it online for the past 5 days... I would fitting like to know what im doing and what im looking for when i look at nutrition diagram?... My husband is a meat eater and now has to cut back.

He can still eat provisions but they need to be leaner cuts, more chicken breasts and fish, rather than beef.
Motive beef should be as lean as possible. Also, he can have that steak but it has to be a smaller fraction with more veggies.
