I have an anthology of these beautiful trays and love to use them. When they get older, it is tiny black pitting on them. I saw metal bump for silver, brass, gold, but not brushed aluminum.

I inherited many of these plates and use Alter Ego bartender Zep clean and polish aluminum or Kleen King Aluminum Cleaner on them. I'm careful not to grind into the finish, but he takes care of the bites.
