What procedures should I Follow from a fall I took in a local food lion grocery store?

I slipped in a puddle of unmoving water. I was told by an employee that an accident report was filed. I went to my Doctor and x-rays were made. I have osteo-arthritus and I shortage to hear from anyone
with a similar experiance.
Contact the boss of the store to make sure that an accident report was filed. The store should pay for your doctor's by and your X-rays (the store's insurance will cover the costs).

POS Drives Replenishment in Food Lion Test
“We’re impelling to a consumer-driven supply chain,” said Scott Craig, gaffer of supply chain, Delhaize America , who described Food Lion’s replenishment efforts with PepsiCo here last week during a sitting at the Supply Chain Conference, sponsored by the Grocery Manufacturers Association and the Food Marketing Society. “And if you’re serious about a consumer-driven supply chain, you’ve got to conduct oneself to what the consumer wants and to forecasts of consumer demand as opposed to neutral reacting to pulls from the warehouse [to stores].”
By paying publicity to consumer demand — and allowing select vendors to ground replenishment on the store-level data — Food Lion has been able to improve in-array levels as well as reduce inventory and reclaim costs, said Craig. At the Provision Chain Conference session, he discussed how this worked in a pilot with PepsiCo conducted in the substitute quarter of last year.
In the pilot, which involved about 300 Food Lion stores, PepsiCo unflinching how much Gatorade to supply to Food Lion’s DCs during promotions by receiving POS and store inventory figures and using it to forecast demand; the data was channeled via a third party vendor, Retail Solutions, Mountain Rate, Calif., which also computed the demand forecasts. The resulting sales, in-routine levels and inventory were compared to the same period in 2010 when PepsiCo employed its ideal vendor-managed inventory (VMI) practice of relying on warehouse withdrawals.
