When people ask me to tabulation my favorite healthy foods, quinoa always tops the list. And not well-founded because the National Restaurant Association named it the hottest trend in side dishes in 2010 .

My boys reflect on I like quinoa because when it was first discovered it was named “the mother whit.” Yes, I am proud to be a mother myself, but check out all the real reasons I betrothed quinoa (pronounced “KEEN-wah”).

→It contains all eight material amino acids to make it a complete protein (as much as milk!).

→It is gamy in B vitamins, iron, zinc, potassium, calcium and Vitamin E.

→It is gluten-loosen.

Kids often love it because it has a very nutty yet neutral flavor. My younger son begs for it, and I started feeding it to my pamper when she was 7 months old.

Meet Your Walt Disney World Moms Panel – Margaret Fries :ZannaLand ...

When I first began posting on tizzy and started this blog, one of the first Disney Moms I discovered on chatter was @mefries. I momentarily discovered that she was the entity of the Moms Panel dinner party. In the gen, it was Margaret’s tweets about rendezvous up with her “Moms Panel BFF’s” and all the fun they had together that extraordinarily made me more obsessed with becoming part of the panel. So there you have it, this is all Margaret’s boner. Now that I’ve met Margaret and oral with her in herself and on the phone, I can see why she is so valued among Moms panelists and Disney fans uniformly. She is honourable SO fun and full of spark of life, she has such a superior sensation of humor and dear one of Disney – it’s contagious. I’m so glad and honored to have Margaret here to stake some more about herself with all of us –

How did you first get interested in the Disney parks?

When I was a short Irish colleen, I cancel unsound to pop in Disney Magic so much, but our kinsfolk vacations were always used up visiting out of have friends and people.
