I have terrible reactions to food - throat, breathing, skin problems, etc. However, I have reactions to so many things that my doctor thinks that I'm not really a food allergy, and it might be something to do with my immune system and thyroid.

Because food allergies, not to mention multiple food allergies are rare, many doctors of the merits can not believe that is the situation.

I would find another doctor and get tested for allergies.
