MANILA, Philippines — Anvil Publishing in synergy with Lee Kum Kee releases the first cookbook of Asian Food Channel show host Bruce Lee entitled "Internal A Chef's Life". The book is a collection of close to 60 recipes that intimation the development of Chef Bruce from an avid foodie to a culinary practised. It virtually takes the reader inside a chef's kitchen as Bruce shares tips and techniques that they practising in his restaurants.

Bruce Lim was introduced to the public via Asia Food Channel in Tablescapes, a food and roam show in 2008. Due to the warm reception of viewers around ASEAN, Bruce launched his second-best show called Chef's Table and more recently The Boss in AFC.

Chef Bruce will motion copies of his new book on Jan. 29, 3 p.m., at Powerbooks Greenbelt 4. All buyers of the hard-cover will get a free Lee Kum Kee product.

Coffee Appreciation Course at Asian Food Channel Studio@ Orchard ...

Recently, I had the licence and honor to deportment a several of afternoon sessions of coffee comprehension courses at Asian Food Channel Studio. I had a egregious period there sharing my passion for coffee to about 25 participants over two days. It allowed to stake more, in particular of  what I learnt from my last slip to UK as well as the  experiences gained in the last few years. I enjoyed every bit of interacting with all the attendees and look well-advanced to convocation them again straight away! Many thanks to Hian Goh Maria Brown, Glady’s and her conspire who helped concoct the seating that much more easier and uninterrupted to show in. Thanks y’all!
