On Monday I began the Daniel Recklessly.  In a nutshell, it's a vegan diet that avoids all processed foods as well as any foods that hold chemicals.  Plus, water is the only approved drink.  Like any detox, the society reacts in different ways.  For me, two days into it I felt like I was getting the flu.  I had aches and a pint-sized fever.  It was very interesting to see how my body responded to not having scrap food, caffeine, meat and other "yummy" food.  

One of the things I've accomplished so far through this experience is how dependent I was on food.  It becomes so easy in our society to stuff so many things into our inlet without even thinking.  I was becoming increasingly tired all the time and couldn't have a place out why.  Numerous times over the past few years God reminded me of the verses in 1 Corinthians - "...do you not be aware that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God?  You are not your own, for you were bought with a amount. So glorify God in your body.

It was a valid bonus to judgement Disney like a traveller for a modulate. I praisefully endorse anyone everything considered a staycation to break out Disney’s Boardwalk Inn. I used up the weekend chowing down on some of the pleasing food Disney offers at their resorts and in the parks. Oh and I played at White magic Bailiwick and EPCOT’s Intercontinental Efflorescence and Garden Gala day - swell!
