When he hurled the grease-caked, running costs stove vent into a dining room full of customers, Robert Irvine had made his unimportant. The well-known TV chef was completely and utterly repulsed by the kitchen at Anna Maria's Restaurant, and he wasn't letting anyone eat there until momentous changes were made.

That was among the more notable moments of Wednesday night's episode of the Food Network hit "Restaurant: Unattainable," in which the Dunmore restaurant was given a $10,000 makeover by Irvine and his company.

The bulk of the episode was devoted to Irvine taking owners Mary Sileo and her son, Tucker, to major effort over the shockingly dirty conditions of its kitchen and basement. Among other things, the show depicted food and grease caked onto stovetops, walls and mat; food stored by chemicals in the building's basement; open containers of food in refrigerators and debris on the floors. At one application, Irvine was shown on-camera nearly vomiting.

The episode was filmed in November, but on Feb. 23, 2011, the restaurant passed an inspection by a Dunmore borough form inspector.
