We'll all be growing back to basic comfort foods this year say trendsetters. So it's time to revisit the potato and give it a novel twist.

"This competition not only offers budding chefs up and down the territory the chance to show off their culinary skills, but it will also hopefully inspire more people to cook with the passionate British spud.
