Mama Lee’s Soul Food restaurant reopened Monday after an global makeover by celebrity chef Robert Irvine, of The TV Network’s “Cookhouse: Impossible!” and all involved viewed it as a success, despite delays in completing the renovation on ever.
Mama Lee’s owner Ken Lee has been in the business of cooking up classic comfort foods that feed the soul since 2007. A retired military man, Lee began Mama Lee’s at a Valley Hi unearthing near Lackland AFB.
