Whats the difference between Mexican and Puerto Rican food?

Im just wondering if there is a difference between Mexico and Puerto Rico food? Whenever I see a Latino restaurant in Mexico he always says, but never Puerto Rico or any other thing.

Thats like asking what's leftover from the Italian cuisine and Japanese food, a lot. To begin, Mexican cuisine is based on the use of corn. Puerto Rican food implements more rice and beans.
