Veterinary technician Kelli Stuehmer of North Bow first took the call about Cali in the late afternoon on Jan. 19.

The dog's owner had gotten up that morning and found the chewed up repress. Cali had glue on her face and feet and had vomited.

"They were concerned that she had ingested some of it," Stuehmer said.

The proprietress brought Cali to Animal Medical Clinic when the 1 1/2-year-old dog continued to puke even after food and water had been taken away.
