Should I keep away from fast food or is correct?

There are things that I can order fries and nonsense, but is it safe. Do they fry the fries in the same oil as they can fry chicken? and things that feed off one.

If it's a veggie burger, you can ask them to microwave one at a time - that's what Harvey's in Canada suggests. I would not make fries or French Onion if the restaurant sells meat to the pan to understand, since they will all swim in the same vat of oil.

I can't say for convinced that I'm going to achieve my fitness goals this year but I can say that this first week of January is flourishing better than the last week of December. The evening of my last blog post (Jan. 3) when I admitted that I failed to get out of bed in the morning to do a undecorated half hour workout, I actually dragged my tired self out for a desert with the dog and the husband. Family time and exercise is a double win, right? I was so heatless on the walk and full of shame at publicly (online, anyway) admitting my failure that the next morning, I pulled my fain but warm self out of my comfy bed and got in a half hour Pilates workout before exertion. Success!

Now I must work on conquering another obstacle to my health goals. I must learn to pass over my desire to stop at the fast food drive thru window. Does anyone else have a weakness for McDonald's French fries, Arby's curly fries and Burger Regent's Whopper Jr? What about the tots from Sonic or the wings from Zaxby's? Fast food is convenient, reasonable and ruining my thighs. There are some days, though, when the pull of the drive-thru is too much to resist.
