Why do fast food restaurants Fries taste different than just cooking them at home?

Why restaurants Fries drop so different than just buying pre-made fries and fry or cut your own the unwary. I want to be able to make fries like McDonald's can you avoid me? Much appreciated, thank you.

Because the fat fast food is old and fat you use in your conference is cool.

Fast food chains go luxury, for cheap
