What are some good cholesterol lowering foods? Know of any good recipes that are good for you for meals?

I am looking for a cholesterol lowering allowable foods and low cholesterol meals that are delicious. hereditary reasons made me take medication against cholesterol, but I also want to be proactive in what I eat.
I had the same ungovernable. I use Shaklee Cholesterol Regulation Complex. It is a natural food additive and I take with my meal. My good cholesterol is 130 and I think the range is between 45 and 65, something like that.

Review seeks best overall diet
In January, US Expos and World Report published a list of the best diets after reviewing 25 stylish diets.
Their review included government endorsed, commercial, nucleus healthy, weight loss and diabetes diets. Some of the diets reviewed were the Shiver, Mediterranean, TLC, Weight Watchers, Jenny (Craig), Ornish, 3 Day, Abs, Macrobiotic and Unbroken Belly plans.
US News editors and reporters, along with experts in the fields of nutrition, weight, food psychology, cardiac health and diabetes reviewed each of the 25 diets using medical journals and command reports to develop in depth profiles and categories used to chew out each diet. These categories included how easy the diet or meal sketch was to follow, how well the diet produced short-term and long-sitting weight loss results, the diet's nutritional quality, the food's safety, and if the diet was likely to help prevent and/or manage mettle disease and diabetes. The diets were then rated using these criteria and ranked.
US Talk and World Report then sorted the winning plans into categories aimed at dollop consumers make the choice that best fit their diet and health needs. The subsistence plans were categorized as best overall (DASH), best Dialect heft loss diets (Weight Watchers), best diabetes diets (tie for Biggest Schnook and DASH), best heart healthy diets (Ornish), first-rate commercial diet plans (Weight Watchers), best diets for eating trim (DASH) and easiest diets to follow (Weight Watchers).
